All-Star Uniforms Draw Inspiration from Host State

Inspired by South Australia, the uniforms for the 2018 AIHL All-Star Game presented by APA Group create a timeless aesthetic that pays homage to the emblematic state bird, while simultaneously celebrating the rich hockey history of the state.

The piping shrike appears on South Australia's flag, State Badge and Coat of Arms as a symbol of resourcefulness and bravery. Utilizing the primary colours from the winter bird as a base, the uniforms are centred around the native black and white colour palette, while stars and silver logo trim are applied to evoke tones of fun and playfulness of the Festival State.
In the back of the collar, we commemorate the AIHL championship teams from South Australia; 2000, 2001, 2009.
A limited number of jerseys will be available for purchase in the AIHL Shop from June 3rd.
Single session tickets start at just $14.40. Weekend passes are available from $27.36.
Witness the talent and personalities of the best hockey players ever assembled in Australia in a series of skills competitions and All-Star Game. Captained by local heroes David Huxley and Josef Rezek, thirty-four All-Stars will compete in seven skill-based contests: Breakaway Challenge, Fastest Skater, Elimination Shoot-out, Hardest Shot, Shooting Accuracy, Puck Control, Goalie Race.
