The Blue Tongues have suffered a 5-4 shoot out loss in Adelaide. Greg Oddy in fine form scoring not only all 4 for the Adrenaline in regulation time, but also the game winner in the penalty shootout.

The 2012 Bauer conference champions were taken to a shootout by the last placed Knights in Canberra. Three goals in the final minute to tie it up 6-6. Jeremy Boyer sealing the win for the North Stars in the shoot out.

The Blue Tongues have had a late Friday night win in Brisbane defeating the Ice Dogs 5-4 in a thriller. Four goals to veteran forward Jon Bale.

Adrenaline 4 North Stars 2
Aaron Barton played a big part in the Adrenaline's 4-2 win over the North Stars in Adelaide. Aaron pulled off a number of key saves to keep Adelaide in it. The North Stars lead 1-0 at the end of the first period.

Ice 4 Bears 3 (SO)
The Sydney Bears have pushed the Ice to a shootout in Melbourne. Jason Baclig the lone scorer in the shootout, sealing a 4-3 win for the locals.

Tongues/Thunder share points
The Thunder have come back from a 3-2 loss on Saturday to shut out the Blue Tongues 4-0 on Sunday. Have the Thunder left their playoff run too late?? The next few weeks will be especially interesting.

Things pretty much went according to plan for the Bears tonight at Sydney Ice Arena, defeating the Knights 4-2. The Knights look destined for the wooden spoon with a single regulation time win in 2012.

The Bears turned around a torrid first period, outscored 3-1 and with a ton of penalties to lead 4- 3, but the North Stars returned to their game in the 3rd to win it 7- 4.

Adrenaline win another double.
The Adrenaline are fast becoming double header experts. This week defeating the Thunder 5-2 backing it up with a 6-2 win in game 2. They lead the league, and are yet to be defeated in regulation time.

The Icehouse crowd saw something they've not seen for a long time on Sunday night, an Ice loss at home. An early goal and a huge hit upset the Ice applecart and the Blue Tongues saw it through to the end for an upset win.

The two old foes went tit for tat through two periods, until the Ice Dogs got away with a 5-3 lead in the third. At late goal by the North Stars was undone with Ice Dogs scoring with 2 seconds left on the clock.

The Melbourne Ice picked up 5 from 6 possible points from their opening weekend home double-header. The Ice lead throughout the game versus the Knights, at best holding a 3-0 lead.

The Canberra Knights shocked a big home crowd with a shootout win versus the Adelaide Adrenaline. The Knights withstood a battering, absorbing 62 shots versus 20 on the Adrenaline net.
